Shipping: 
We work with customers across the US, and can collaborate via phone, email, FaceTime, to ship items to your home or to create and ship gifts on your behalf.

Returns: 
We want you love what you find at Busatti Villa…we will happily accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 14 days of purchase, unless those items are indicated as final sale.

Custom Orders: 
A deposit of 50% is required to put an order into production, with balance due before it ships from Italy. Custom orders are considered final sale, unless there is a product issue, then of course we will remedy.
