To Italy for family and fabrics

June offers a change of pace as we find out way to beautiful Italy, first heading south to visit Italian aunts and cousins, then heading to Anghiari to visit Busatti and see new fabrics, plan new ventures, discuss new projects.  Along the way there is some art, some architecture-sacred and secular, certainly some food, and hopefully some friends who we hope to see and experience. Later, when back in the U.S., we will head to our other most beautiful and favored place, the low country and its deep beaches.
A reminder that August is the summer holiday month in Anghiari and the Busatti looms, sewing and hand finishing rest and remain still.  If you have a custom order that you would like to receive before then, please send it along to us this month.
